What causing sulfur burp diarrhea and occasional vomiting

I use to would only have problems once every few months but now it’s like every other week I thought I had gotten over it a few days ago but here I am again burping those awful burps and having severe diarrhea I’ll lay down just to have to get right back up a few minutes later it’s dark liquid sometimes I feel like I’m being stabbed in the stomach because the pains get soo bad and when this first started I would have bad vomiting and diarrhea but lately I haven’t really vomited much it’s mainly been the burps and diarrhea this has been going on for over a year in a half I haven’t went to the doctor but I do plan on it I was just curious if anyone might have any idea what might be wrong with me

I just answered someone else's similar question.  So, things to lok into---  your diet first.  Here are foods to consider if you had  prior to the episodes: High fiber foods, milk, dairy, bananas, watermelon, red meat, eggs, sometimes poultry even, onions, asparagus, broccoli, etc?  You can look into IBS also or if you have an overgrowth of H pylori
