What do these colonoscopy biopsy results mean?

Duodenum biopsy: focal mild active chronic duodenitis

Stomach biopsy: mild chronic antritis with formation of rare small benign lymphoid aggregates. H. Pylori negative.

Random colon biopsy:
Fragments of colonic mucosa focallt shoeing mildly increased number of chronic inflammatory cells and occasional small benign lymphoid aggregates.
No evidence of cryptitis, granulomas, or dysphasia.

I was diagnosed with limited scleroderma when I was 12 and I am 27 now. I’ve never had GI issues until March. I’ve lost 12 pounds since June and I feel like I am starving to death. Totally turned off by food.

So, in terms of the stomach?  Have you had gastritis or lots of gas?  Usually H pylori is present too but not always. It sounds like you have had some inflammation in your intestines, some infection from these findings but nothing major.  What did the doctor say?  They are the very best for interpreting these reports!
