What's wrong with me? Please help! Terrible stomach problems! Kind of a long story?

Hi! So, for pretty much as long as I can remember, sometimes when I would eat eggs, I would feel bloated, kinda nauseous, and just crummy for a little while. But lately, I've been getting that feeling more and more and for a longer period of time, even when I don't eat eggs. I've traced some of it to gluten intolorence. But I always feel great when i some things that DO have gluten, like veggie pot pies. I also have become sensitive to sugar, so that my day is ruined if I just have a cupcake with my breakfast. I NEVER used to be like this! I've been having so many of these days, that I've lost count. Sometimes I'll have two of them a week. For example, I first started noticing this about three months ago. For breakfast I had had some quinoa mixed with oatmeal, a protein shake, and some bean salad. My ENTIRE day AND night was ruined. It got worse at night, and I felt like I was going to vomit. I didn't, though, so I'm glad :) Sometimes I get awful constipation and hypoglycemia (sometimes) with these episodes. It's SOOO depressing. Just the other day I had some gluten free cereal for breakfast, with a sandwich (I had a lot of the peanut butter chocolate cereal), and went for a walk. When I came back I had some veggie burgers and no sugar added coconut ice cream. A little while after I had the ice cream, i felt bad. It was managble, but i had a slight headache and tummy ache. I went for another walk, and after that, thought I was gonna vomit! I also had a really runny nose. My mom thinks it might be the guar gum that was in the ice cream, but I don't know. I just want to enjoy food again! :( Even if I just have plain pasta and veggies with blueberries for breakfast I feel miserable (that happened about a week ago and maybe it's the gluten in the pasta, but idk). What do you think?

Thanks for your answer.I've thought about it today, and I think I'm not gluten intolerant. All my life, I've eaten tons of bread, and I never remember feeling this, so it may be something else. Who knows?

If it's a problem with gluten, you can't have even a tiny bit of gluten in anything. My husband reacts to both gluten and dairy and even a speck will make him miserable. We first got him tested for gluten and it came up positive. A year later, although things were better, they weren't perfect when he was GF. We got him checked and found that like about 50% of individuals who react to gluten (in an IgA manner), he cross-reacted to dairy, so we took it out of his diet.

I suggest you get checked out for food intolerances. Have them do both IgA and IgG testing. Some individuals are reactive in an IgG manner and not IgA. Negative on one does not mean you'll be negative on the other.
