Where do I go from here?

For several weeks, I've been having RUQ pain which is crampy or aching in nature; at times it radiates to my back. Lately it has become more diffuse but continues to mainly be RUQ. No nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. No relativity to if I eat or not or what I eat. I have noticed that I'm very fatigued. Last week I had lab work done (CBC, lipid profile, urinalysis and chemistry profile) which was all good. I also had a CT abdomen/pelvis which was completely negative. I had a colonoscopy last February that was normal and a pap smear in December that was also normal. I know I'm not crazy or imagining things. What do I now?
