White strings and spots in stool

I have had white spots and white thin string-like things throughout my stools for over a month. I have had stool tests for bacterias, ova and parasites, and yeast and all came back negative. Occasionally I will get quick, sharp pains in my stomach that don't last long, but other than that I have no symptoms of anything. About a week after I noticed the white stuff in my stool, I had a test for bacterial overgrowth which was positive and I took the two week treatment of antibiotics for that, but the white stuff has still been in my stool since. I'd appreciate any ideas on what it might be. .
