Why upper abdomen feels like it's spasming

Why does my upper abdomen feel like it's spasming after having half a glass of wine? It seems like it starts to stop then starts up again. Makes me feel like I'm going to throw up but just end up gagging. It's been hours. I'm 28 and have had gastro issues in the past but nothing for years now in the last couple of months I can't handle one glass (or half a glass in tonight's case) of wine.

I would go on a parasite cleanse.  Parasites tend to cause G.I. spasms, especially when something is consumed that can potentially harm them. Easiest way to do this is go on a juice cleanse for a few days, buy some black walnut wormwood liquid and drink that, eat some pumpkin seeds, and consume some food grade diatomaceous earth which would kill the parasites. Start with about a quarter teaspoon of diatomaceous earth for a week and then work your way up to 1/3 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon and then finally one full teaspoon. Examine your store every time you go to the restroom after that. If you see any parasites, try and get a session of colon hydrotherapy to clear them all out. It's possible parasites are causing you a histamine intolerance and wine is high in histamine.
