Could I get sick from this?

I have Emetophobia from a past traumatic experience. I was wondering if there is a chance that I could get sick from this so, my mom's coworker was sick with the stomach virus and wasn't at work for 4 days so it has been 3 days since she had symptoms. You are contagious for at least 3 days after symptoms stop. Anyway, the coworker put a bag of Cheetos on the lunch table for my mom. My mom brought them home and gave them to me. My concern is that the coworker had the virus on her hands and transfered some of it onto the bag, I touch the bag to open it, get the virus on my hands, put the Cheetos in my mouth, eat the virus, and get sick. I know that sounds really stupid to be worried about but I'm extremely anxious that II might get sick. Is that likely or possible?

Being extremely anxious about it is 1000s of times more likely to cause some sickness symptoms, than the virus itself.
Try to relax and look for the positive things in life.
