abdominal discomfort. Bloating. Pain down arms. Base of skull headache

Hi I am 29 Yr old Male. For the past few months I have been experiencing discomfort in my abdomen. Its not painful but I could see it get bloated after eating. If I tap on my right side it kind of sounds hollow. Sometimes I could see some numbness and pain in my right arm (little finger). This may be due to bad posture but it occurs only when I feel bloated. Also sometimes I feel unbearable headache on the back of my head at the base of the skull.

Hello.  You are a young man so this is unlikely, but you need to be seen by your doctor.  Make sure the heart is okay.  I'm sure it is as again, you aren't the demographic for a heart issue but the combination of your symptoms is such that you need to rule that out.

Keep a food diary.  When you have the bloat, what did you eat?  Write it all down.  This could be dietary related.
