abdominal paid after antibiotic

About 2 weeks ago i finished a 10 supply of Amoxicillin, 875mg every 12 hours prescribed for a sinus infection.  By the last day I had terrible abdominal cramping.  I thought I was probably getting the flu, but nothing like the flu developed.  I had no diarreah but seemed a little constipated.  I've tried Maalox for the cramping and began eating yogurt to try to correct my GI discomfort. It seems a little better, but deffinately not gone.  I have a medium amount of discomfort when i have a bowl movement and the stool is very dark.   I eat a very healthy diet, alot of fiber, low sugar, low salt, alot of fruits & veggies.  This is not a problem i normally experience.  Could this still be caused by the Amoxicillin even though i finished it almost 2 weeks ago?

On March 31st I just finished taking 2 500 mg of Ciprofloxacin per day, On April 4th I started getting pain just below the left bottom rib ? esophagus? every day sice then I have had on and off pain across my stomach and most times a dull ache, antacids seem to do little to help, Does this sound like it could have been caused by the antibiotic I was taking? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks FTB4
