black stool

i have had black runny stools since saturday mornin and it was happening every 30 to 45 minutes. I am a 28yr old male and have never had poop like this for this long.   Could it be a bleeding ulcer or something wrong with the food i ate because i havent really had an appetite in 2 days. My head has constantly hurt since saturday night and it is now monday afternoon should i go to the emergency room.
