You have to go to the health food store and in the refigerator section get stomach flora and faua.  These pills will replace the necessary digestive bugs your stomach needs to digest food that the bacteria pills killed off. It is a good idea to keep taking them when you are off the bacteria pills also.  Otherwise your stomach will kill you if you don't get them.  I learned this after many times I treated with antibiotics for my bladder infections.   Felt like I was dying until I started taking the probiotics.

Hi I have H.Pylori just found out for sure, but have had this for over 2 years. I am just now taking antibiotics for it. They hurt my stomach more is that normal? It's hard to take them when they make me feel worse and the anti-acids don't seem to be helping either.. And my girlfriend has the same stomach pains as me think we got it at the same time. But she just had an uper GI done and said she didn't have it, but I still think she does. She has never been treated for that. So could she still have it and need a blood test to make sure?? Thanks..

If they tested for the presence to antibodies in the blood to H. pylori, and you've had an H. pylori infection in the past, the blood test would come up positive in that test. If a biopsy whas then taken - after the infection had been cleared up - the biopsy would show negative.

If a person has had an H. pylori infection in the past and has been treated, the 'best' way of checking if the bacteria is still present is via a breath test.
