Abdomen bubble Report from CT SCAN

Hi

Here i would like to explain my complete history of my pain.

recently i found a round bubble internally which i can feel on my right abdomen..

but i dont have any pain or any problem as such

but Still as doctor advised i have gone through CT SCAN, ULTRASOUND, ENDOSCOPY

well finally here is wt my CT SCAN SAY kindly suggest

1) MILD SPLENOMEGALY,FEW SPLENIC COLLATERALS NOTED

2) FEW POTAL COLLATERALS NOTED- POssible Cavernous Transformation of Portal Vein

3) Minimal Thickening of Fundus of the Stomach ( 14mm) Likely Chronic Gastritis

4) Soft Tissue Nodule NOted in the Subcutaneous plane of Right Hypochondrium Small Lipoma.

This was my report kindly suggest how to move further..is this some thing very serious any like which cause my life to extream is this can be solveable...

I have never heard of any of those medications (because I live in a different country than you), and so I can't really comment on that.  With all of your negative test results, it is almost surely not cancer related.

I would like to update my complete CT SCAN REPORT WITH PAST ONE and also the Endoscopy Report also the other one ..

Points from CT SCAN
1) Liver : Normal in size and attenuation. No intra hepatic billary dilatation.no focal lesion CBD are normal
Noted :Few Portal Collaterals Noted - Possiblle Cavernous transformation of portal vien

2) Gall Bladder - well distended wall thinkness is normal. No calculi. no pericholecystic fluid collection.

3) Spleen : enlarged in size (12.3cms) few splenic collaterals noted

4) Pancreas: Normal in size and attenuation pancreatic duct normal peri pancreatic area normal.homogenous enhancement of pancreas noted

5)Both Kidneys: Normal in size and attenuation. pelivical system is normal no calculi. no focal lesions.

6) Urinary Bladder : well distanded. wall thickness is normal no calculi.

7) Prostate : Normal in size and attenuation. no focal lesion/cacification.

8) Rectum & perirectal spaces :normal

9)no free fluid in peritoneal cavity

10) Bowel loops are normal no thickening /lesion noted.

11) No regional / para aortic lymphadenopathy

12) Minimal thickening of fundus of the stomach - likely chronic gastris

13) soft tissue noted in the subcutaneous plane of right hypochondrium - small lipoma

Endoscopy results recent:

A) Oesophagus : Normal
B) Stomach : Erosions in Fundus
C) Duodenum : Normal
D) 2nd Part : Normal


2) Hematology Hemogram
RBC: Normocytic Normochromic
WBC: Total Count & Differential count within normal limits
Platelets : Adequate / No abnormal cells : NO Haemoparasites


3) Bio Chemisty/ Lver function Test : All are Normal and status says under ref range

Doctor Advised few medicines:

1) Pankreoflat
2) Selvit - CP
3) Ganaton Total

Above 3 tablets for 2 months i am concerned with heavy dose is this going to cure me i am looking tensed going for lot of research wt exactly my body  reaction kindly advise for final this wont lead any further actions in my body as i said allready i have stopped alchol and also i am on time diet with good fat food and also going to join gym from next month well this could change my imune system better can i be a better person to survive as my mind is not working perfect with this issue..i am just want make sure its nothing related to cancer

The best advice would to just stop drinking all types of alcohol, including red wine and any other types of alcohol.  Working out more is a great idea.

Thanks a ton for the wonderfull advise i am glad to se your reply and it boost me to work out on my diet ..as i am living in india most of things which might be sligt difference in the Fat products i am looking for the right combination..and one last thing is i have to stoped alchol wt could be substiute so that in feature i dont want to taste by any chance my friend is suggesting Red Wine would that be okay and how about cool drinks can have this kindly suggest me which all can make me better and i also want to join Gym can and work out normally with good diet ....today my report were shown all of them are normal and the doctor said no need to worry every thing is fine..and good thats great news which i want to share with you sir.....and further i want to be cautious and make sure i wont make any mistake in my life...i want a strickt diet plan ...

Alcohol can cause damage to the stomach after drinking for a long time and drinking large amounts.  The condition that can develop is called gastritis, which can cause different symptoms.

You need some fat in your diet.  You can't live without fat.  Try to eat healthy kinds of fat and eat a balanced diet of protein, vegetables, carbs, etc.

I have gone an other Endoscopy test today mostly i would expect the report today evening and even my doctor advised me saying just need to stop alchol for life time and there is no other option for this and maintain good diet with no fat content food....well my only question is alchol which i have cut down how come this got effected ...well now can suggest me wt kind of food and the methods to over from this mental pressure through which i can lead a hapy life with good diet

Did the endoscopy show gastritis?  This could definitely be due to your alcohol consumption so it is good you have stopped drinking.  Because your endoscopy was negative for cancer, it is very unlikely that you have cancer or any other life threatening disease.

Hi,

Well as of now the i see a drastic weight loss an about 5kgs on average since past 5 months other than that i have not see any change..and other reason is the consumption of alchol i have reduced a lot this might be also the reason..
and the Endoscopy report says LINEAR ULCERS AT THE LOWER END OF OESOPHAGUS..( IMPRESSION -GR "B" OESOPHAGITIS

i am worried is this some thing like cancer which cost my life or is it cureable ..please reply me ASAP please also advise how to further steps .
