abdormal pain

since the beginning of summer i have been having very bad abdormal pain and stomach pain. I went to the doctors who said that it might just be consterpation. They gave me tablts for that however ever since i have still been suffering with pains in my stomach i have had 2 urine test and 4 lots of blood and all came bac clear?

anyone have any idea of the problem as due to this i have had to cut out wheat,gluten and diary. With this i am also loosing a lot of weight aswell which is not normal the amount i am loosing?

please get bac to me if u have any ideas off wat the problem might be ?

have a endocrinologist do blood work. I lost 32 lbs in two months because my thyroid was hyper-thyroid, stomach pain and constipation were part of the symptoms, along with fast heart rate.

it could be gastritis, which causes painful acid production, and a thinning of the stmache lining, it can be caused by certain foods, especially citris and vinegar, and spicy foods,  Try taking gavison liqued befor meals, and see if the symptoms decrease. Also befor bedtime.
