foul smelling flatulence all time

This discussion is related to Uncontrollable gas - foul smelling.

Hello everybody,

I have just encountered this site and felt little bit confident after knowing that I am not alone, and people are on way to their solutions. I hope I will solve my problem too.

I am 27, male, software engineer, Germany. I am having this problem for around one and half years and still I did not find any solution.

I release gas all the time, I don't smell it but all people around me hold their noses, scratch their face.  So it is obvious to me that the gas I release smells. Not only that, my breath also stinks. regardless of how good I brush and how long I brush, my breath stinks. So people are thinking that I am a nasty guy who do not brush and fart always.

I was emotionally forced to leave my job because of this problem, because whenever somebody comes to our office room, they complain that it smells like sewage and my colleagues stare at me suggesting that I am the reason. My colleagues discuss internally that I am the reason for the company losses because clients are not showing interest to come to our office.

I left my job and went to different doctors, they all hear to me, they don't consider it serious, they do only some routine tests like blood test and ultra scan. They will find nothing negative in the tests and come to a conclusion that it is infection caused by bacteria and give some antibiotics. But none of them helped me. Even in colonoscopy, nothing negative showed up. I took activated charcoal pills too, it did not help. I have used flat-d underwear, it did not stop my foul smell. doctors checked my anus through finger and told me that there is no damage near the anus.

I even went to homeopathy doctor, she told me it could be bacterial infection and gave some medicines but they too did not help me.

symptoms and observations:

I feel that I release more gas when I sit.
I have some sort of mild burning sensation near my left chest after eating.
I release foul smelling gas whether I eat or starve.
I have wetness near my anal region.
My breath also smells bad.

tests done /results
Blood test                            :  no problem found
Ultra scan(routine abdomen)   : no problem found
Colonoscopy                        : no problem found

I don't know what to do now. I got a job in USA now, planning to go to USA in 2 months and desperately want to find a solution to my problem before going to USA.

Can anybody throw some light on my problem?

Thank you very much in advance.

I hope we all will find some solution to this life ruining problem.

If you haven't been checked for H. pylori, make sure you do so. In addition, considering adding some decent probiotics to your diet every day. They're the 'decent' bacteria that should be in your GI tract but may not be due to illness or medications. I'm not sure what brands you have in your country, but if you can get something like Culturelle, it may be of help.

Hello flatguy,

I have been living with the exact same problem for almost 5 years now. I have gotten every type of test done...2 colonoscopies, 2 endoscopies, h-pylori test, all the tests are negative and the doctors just don't seem to understand the problem.

I am now going to try the candida tests to see if I have candida. I will also give the probiotics a try. I will post any updates from trying that.

Some of my other symptons are a mid back pain (constant) but its worse when I am extra gassy.

Also, sometimes (actually right now) I get this very cold sensation under my left rib cage. It is a very strange feeling, anyone know what that could be?

I wish you all the best in coming to the states flatguy.

It is a real pain living like this but hopefully all of us can get thru this.

I'm just wondering what color your stools are.  Check to see is they are a light color as that could be your liver or Hepatitis too I believe.  I have the same problem with the gas but it seems it comes and goes on me. This time I think that it is staying a little to long.  I just had a LFT (liver function test, blood test) done and I am waiting to hear.  How nerve wracking this all is.

You might have your gallbladder checked. I know gas can be caused by foods that aren't digested properly. You should get some digestive enzymes and see if they help, along with the probiotics.

Terribly sorry to hear about your problem. You should be evaluated for a malabsorption disorder like celiac sprue or lactose intolerance. There are tests for these that your doctor should be able to perform. If malabsorption is your problem then dietary changes will likely get things under control.

Hallo! I'm from Germany too and now live in America.
Sorry to hear about your problem.  I would suggest testing to see if you are lactose intolerant or have celiac sprue.  Try cutting out all diary products from your diet, and see if it makes a difference.  If it doesn't, cut out all flour/grain products and seeing if it works.

The left chest pain is most likely from severe indigestion-- i have it very badly.  To help, chew your food COMPLETELY, until it is completely liquid and mushy, and then swallow.  Eat slowly.  It may help with the chest pain.  Also, avoid eating lots of grain/flour foods- I cannot eat bagels or subs without getting the chest pain on the left side.

For the gas, they sell charcoal pads you attach in your pants in America.  They sound weird, but my friend who has IBS uses them and they absorb all the smell.  They are little sacks of charcoal substance and you put them right in your pants.  Maybe give those a try?

For bad breath, eat yougurt with probiotics.  Brands like Dannon and Breyers make them.  They might clear up an infection in your throat, causing bad breath (like a yeast infection).  Otherwise, buy some heavy duty mouthwash, and really strong gum might help.

Good luck with everything! I hope that I helped you out a bit.

I have had this problem on and off for many years now . My story is not so much different.I have been to doctors , then take anti dipression pills. Changed diets etc..

Rice works for me better than other diets, non-ripe banana's are very good for me I eat 5-6 banana's a day two for breakfast and  1-2 after each meal. They have enzymes in them that I think are a bit useful and they have many good minerals and good fibre.  I swim for exercise so banana's are not making me fat .

For the smell of flatulance I think it would be best for all of us to search for a cosmetic cure than a biological cure. From my experience with this problem and consultations with doctors, I feel nothing is physically wrong with my digestion or bowels so there is not much scope for a medical cure to this problem.

I am trying to make a small device a person can wear under his rectum very concealed and small  and  channel air to make air pass through a bottle of nice smelling scent or may be a sponge which is soaked in a nice citrus fruit scent, so the gas coming out is loaded with the nice scent of lime or some other fruit that the person next to you likes . This way the problem is solved.

You eat what you want and when you want, just make sure your gas smells how the nose likes it. This is my idea, I would want to know what you guys think.

Bad news is
( human nose can smell  Hydrogen sulphide too well 0.5molecule in a billion molecules of air , the best man made sensors can only detect 10 molecules  in a billion molecules of air)

So , cheating the nose takes some work and a good scent.
I would like to hear your opinions guys, may be we can all work on this idea and get a fix that works for all of us.

By the way I forgot to mention. I have tried Flat-d pads, and other active charcoal flatulance de-odorizers that they sell on the internet. I didnt notice any improvement in the way people around me acted. They acted as animated as they always did. Finally after using them for a month I had to stop using these pads that were causing a bit of allergy as well.

Take care

First of all, this is some of the worst advice I have ever seen/heard: "For the smell of flatulence I think it would be best for all of us to search for a cosmetic cure [rather] than a biological cure."  It is practically infuriating.

Secondly, I am basically speechless as to how to convey my thoughts on this matter due to its seemingly overwhelming purveyance and perpetuation.  It is also an extremely complicated subject.

So, the best I can do is to offer what I have learned and what seems reasonable to me, based on my own experiences in life.

Lastly, I am not a doctor.  This does not constitute, nor should it be substituted for, professional medical advice.

Here are some points to consider:

1) Alcohol consumption will always have adverse effects on all of your body's systems.  In addition, I am extremely skeptical of alcohol’s supposed health benefits.

2) This goes for nicotine and obviously other, more serious, drugs.

3) Caffeine consumption will have adverse effects on your digestive system, especially.

4) Milk and cream products produce flatulence in me, and they most likely do the same for you.

5) An improper diet, which probably includes many of the items noted above, along with a lot of baked goods, sodas and candies, and a lack of consistent aerobic exercise, will most likely not help any reported problems.

Now, as much as everyone would love a quick fix to all of their problems, change is something that happens gradually.  You should most likely reduce the amount of harmful or toxic substances very slowly, and increase the amount of beneficial foods/activities at a similar pace.

A very relevant quote goes like this, “Garbage in, garbage out.”

I am sorry to know that you didn't like the suggestion but I can understand your opinion. What I was suggesting is similar to what  most people do
when they have eyesight.

When you have eye sight you would not be changing your lifestyle, you just wear glasses better still wear contact lenses or an eye surgery.
However there are alternative cures like yoga, natural therapy, eye exercises , vitamins etc.. which may be beneficial and might one fine day correct the problem.
"
What makes this problem similar to Flatulance is simple. We are looking for a remedy/fix/workaround  that brings life back to normal not necessarily fixing the root of the problem.

If medical science has dismissed it as a minor malfunction of the digestive system there is a reason for it( a medical cure is not easy to find and will take research, a lot of it ) .A real medical cure might take time we never know how long. On the other hand if there is a fix that works very well ( charcoal pads dont work as they claim to, I have tried them for a long time and then given up. Plus they cause  rashes )  it would avoid all the lost time and oppurtunities both at work and social life.

For some problems, we need to think and decide what approach is best
"It's easy to grow a tomato, but nearly impossible to manufacture one."

Hey, I'm from India and facing the same dirty problem since 2 years. Because of this problem, had to leave the job.
Gone through all suggested tests - Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Abdomen Scanning, Blood, Urine & Stool examination, etc. Everything is OK, except for small haemmorhoids (doctors say they are common). Apart from flatulence, I get pain in anus if I sit and sometimes lot of heat comes out from anus couples with pain.
Day by day going into depression mode. Can we ever find a solution for this problem?

Hi, my spouse had foul breath when I first met him.  His problem was an infection of the sinuses.  After undergoing surgery to remove what turned out to be a lot of underlying pus in the nose area and even under the upper parts of his cheeks, the odor disappeared completely.

If you have bad breath and have looked into everything else but this, please see a Good nose, ear & throat specialist (otolaryngologist) as well as a good dentist (hard to find honest and gentle one).

I had food poisoning years ago and ended up with heartburn and a lot of liquid in my stomach that would gurgle so loud that people could hear.  (I could even jump up and down and you could hear it)  I visited at least three competent doctors (I'm very particular) and none of them had a solution for me.

I tried "regular brand" yogurts, pineapple enzyme pills and nothing happened.  Prescription Pepcid beautifully cured my heartburn but did not get rid of the liquid.  Someone in a previous post suggesed typical yogurt which I strongly disagree, DO NOT try Dannon or other mass marketed yogurts with sugar.  I have read that sugar destroys a lot of the good bacteria in yogurt.

When I tried Organic yogurt WITHOUT sugar, within weeks, that swishy sounding liquid I had for years finally disappeared.  I consumed the large Trader Joe's plain organic brand which is about $3.  They have flavored yogurt too, but I had used the one without flavor nor sugar and now I don't have to eat that sour tasting natural yogurt anymore.  After I was off the Pepcid (about one yr), if I had a stomach ache, I tried FRESH pineapple and it worked!  Those pineapple enzymes pills did absolutely nothing for me.  So, if I ever get a stomach flu/ ache, FRESH juicy pineapple has always been an instant cure for me.

As for flatulence, I was on the website to look for a remedy for my husband.  We have the exact same diet but only he has this issue.  I can't help but to think that his body is not in tune with something he is eating or rather, not eating.  I kind of wish that I could take on his problem because I am Extremely aware of my own body (sensitive) and have always stopped consuming or started consuming foods based on how it made me feel.

Anyway, I will keep searching the web for answers for flatulence then, try them out on my husband (Especially for my sake).  I am searching for an answer to remedy what is hopefully a temporary problem.  But first, I will try removing the excessive seasoning from his diet.  He goes overboard with the spice.  Just watching him sprinkle this and that makes me sick and I have always mentioned it.  Maybe he will finally listen now. We have not consumed that organic yogurt for some time so I guess we'll start with that as well.

If all else fails for everyone on this website, please go back to basics.  Exercise, Extra sleep, Learn to manage stress, no alcohol, no smoking, a COMPLETE change in diet (Fresh, DARK leafy vegetables, brown rice, whole wheat products, a regular asian diet (No, not Panda Express), NO carbonated drinks. no margarine, no fried food etc... All the common sense things we too easily ignore if it is already a part of our lifestyle.  By the way, I've always hated the way sodas would make me feel.  I recently learned that sodas are made from Distilled water which if consumed in large amounts can kill you - It literally drains all of your nutrients and minerals out the urine,

Also...PLEASE cut out as much sugar and fat from your diets.  When I make cookies/ biscotti, I usually cut out 1/3 to 1/2 of the sugar and it tastes much better (same for the butter).  Although we eat very healthy, it does not mean that I will cut out goodies.  I will overindulge there.  Life would not be worth living without those.  To be honest, I don't cut out all that butter and sugar for health reasons but because I don't like overly sweet and greasy food.  When it comes to "someone else's" cookie recipe, less sugar and butter is definitely more.- taste wise and health wise.

Anyway, I believe that malodorous flatulence is a way for the body to get rid of toxins that "most" people keep bringing into the body.  I am a creature of habit and know how difficult changing one's diet would be but I think it is really a BIG step towards alleviating a lot of your ailments.  It may not solve your problems but it could really improve the situation.

Again, Asian food is a strong suggestion.  Seaweed (not the dry ugly stuff that surfaces on the beach) is an extremely healthy food that a lot of non Asians are deprived of.  People dive deep into the ocean to obtain the soft deep green seaweed that is rich in minerals and cholorophyll.  Seaweed is made in soups with clams or as a side dish served soft.  For those not used to fresh seaweed (not talking about the limited sushi most have been exposed to) it does have a slimy texture but at the same time is tender and easily digestible.  To be honest, a lot of the unfamiliar Asian foods may take time to acquire a taste for, but once you do, it's addictive.  Unfortunately, most of these dishes are NEVER found at restaurants but recipes can be found on the internet.  If you happen to visit a restaurant that serves "real" Asian food, they're only the dishes that happen to appeal to Westerners as well.

Asian food includes tofu and is delicious if cooked with Asian seasonings, beef and/or shellfish broth.  Tofu and also fish cooked in western ways, in my humble opinion, is unbearable.  I mentioned fish because a lot of westerners hate fish (which is considered a super food by nutrionists) and believe me, it's because of the way it is cooked.

Last but not least, abundant America is one of the countries that has the biggest problem with osteoporosis.  I wonder if they ever found out why.  My take on this?...One of my theories is that everything sold here is now sold boneless.- the easy, convenient way.  Gone are the days where people cook stews with the bones - which actually brings out more flavor!  Cooking with the bones draws out all the calcium from the bone marrows.  Some Asian soups require cooking the stew for 4-5 hours just to extract everything from the bones.

Anyway, I've gone way off tangent on my post here numerous times, but it's because I strongly believe there are remedies out there for ailments that we just don't know exist or haven't experimented with on our own.  The flatulence issues posted here seem more serious than the average ailment and I wish there was more medical research done on it, if there has been any.

Another ailment of mine that I found a remedy for BY ACCIDENT, was for my perpetually chapped lips. I drank gallons of water and juice at work and at home to get rid of my hideously chapped lips which I had to always peel off or put vaseline on.  For whatever reason, it was as if my body wasn't filtering any of that liquid to my lips and to who knows what other body parts that I was not aware of.  One summer, I had FRESH Watermelon and within days, it solved that problem.  For years now, I rarely get chapped lips.

As a final note, I believe that you can eat Really healthy but it must and should taste good. Forcing down foods you can't bear can only induce negative feelings which can't be good for the body either.  Experiment with different foods, ways of cooking and/ or cut out certain foods from your diet.  Always "listen" to your own body.  No doctor can help you there and if you're going to see one, jot down all questions and concerns to ask before your visit.  Obtain a second opinion to get more answers.  BE AWARE that the majority of doctors don't like too many questions but your preparedness will help them to help you.  There is ALWAYS a solution or remedy out there.   It's just that bad flatulence and other non life threatening ailments will not supercede cancer and other research projects.  You have to do it on your own and it is possible.  I wish you the best.

Hi Sam,  I just reread your comment about "probiotics" Dannon and Breyers yogurt.  I wanted to correct myself and say that the yogurt that I did not recommend was the regular kind which never helped me.

Everyone:  Once again the organic plain yogurt at Trader Joe's really helped me.  Also, I wanted to mention that bananas really have prevented or alleviated any heartburn I've had.  Also, for a while, instead of orange juice, I found that lemonade was a lot easier on the stomach.

As for flatulence, foods with fiber, i.e., most healthy foods create flatulence but does not necessarily have an odor.  I do believe that foul smelling flatulence should not be masked cosmetically like a previous person mentioned and that there is a REASON for it and it should not be ignored.

I for one will certainly not ignore (or rather cannot) my husband's unbearable flatulence lately.

If you experience pain, your body is telling you that something is wrong.  I believe the same goes for bad flatulence or abnormal color or shape of your stool.

Hi... I am so glad to have found this forum.  My 6 yr old son has had this problem for quite sometime as well.  He does not have bad breath though.  He has had stomach x-rays a couple years ago and a test for celiac disease which came back normal.  He also does not eat well at all and is a very picky eater.  We always thought his problem may be the result of this diet.

However, do you notice that your stools smell very bad as well.  He has terrible smelling stools.  His flatulence and stools have a "strong sewage" type smell.  I have tried yogurt and increasing his fiber intake which helps a bit.  I have recently started him on Culturelle.  I will let you know if that helps.  You can purchase that in drug stores.  Please let me know if anything has worked for you as I am desperate to help him.

Thank you,

I'm happy I found this forum too, but a bit disappointed because I exercise regularly (4-5 times a week), eat no meat, and don't drink or smoke. I have a high intake of fiber and eat yogurt everyday as well as take priobotic pills everyday and I still suffer from foul smelling gas. It's the worst at the gym. I'm also lactose intolerant, so I don't eat any dairy.

So what's my treatment if I'm supposedly doing everything right?

Along with many of you I too have suffered from constant sewage smelling gas for about a year now and all the other symptoms. It makes your life socially a disaster. All of us want to be cured but everything we try doesn't seem to work. I have been tested for ciliaac disease and being lactos and tolerant. I have checked my liver, enzymes, and had an ultra sound. I have changed my diet and nothing got better. There is a new thing i have started to try that so far seems to help. I looked through what everyone has said in their comments and I noticed that no one was including one thing that may really help all of us. That is constipation. You get gas and bloating feelings when you have to use the bathroom. Some of us may not want to believe that they are constipated or plugged as you might say because it also doesn't seem like it. We may not feel the urge to use the restroom for a stool but it doesn't happen as regularly as it should every day or every other day is regular. The other option is that you may go to the bathroom on a daily basis and at a normal rate but you may not be getting everything in there, out. Some people can eat as much fiber from foods and an oter things as they want but their bodies still seem to reject it, like mine. I took some fiber pills for a few months but i found no change. If you have tried to use the probitic pills and that doesn't work you may want to try a type of laxative that makes you go to the bathroom. There is this laxative that you cannot taste but you put it in your drink that is called Miralax. It might give you relief and you should take it every day and try it out. It is at the local drug stores like Happy Harrys. There sis also Metamusel that does the same thing. So far this seems to have given me some relief so i think you should try it.
I just started this process so i will tell you further of the subject's results.

For the people that live in India. I have a few Indian friends and they eat all kinds of spicy foods. Some stomachs are too sensitive to handle all the spicy foods so there bodies have so much gas and reject the spiciness. This may not be the case but it is something to try. You may want to change your diet and it might help with some of your problem.

I have tried a few different things that had to do with my stomach and the outside tissue layering. I checked out my gull blader and other organs for males and females but they were all negative. One of my family memebers is an utra sound technician and he suggested that it may have apart of the women's pelvic organs like the uterus, ovaries, ect. He said that a lot of times what seems like it is coming from your stomach like adomible pains and not from down low is really your femalepelvic organs. I was amazed. It seemed like a strange thing but i am going to get that an x-ray or ultra sound of it and i'll tell you how that goes.

I feel very bad for each and everyone of you that suffers from this disability. I understand comletely how it feels. You will all be in my prayers and I hope that the ideas that i have suggested may help you. Thank you.

One more thing i forgot to include. This Saturday i am going to completely clean out my colon and start it all over. I will you use the Miralax Laxative twice every day and see if it helps me with this problem. My doctor says she thinks i have irritable bowel syndrome. I have heard of this from a friend of mine but she had different symptoms. If this goes well i'll tell you.

A few years ago I took Kyolic garlic which is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal.
This brand of garlic was rated the highest and for some strange reason, the foul smell went away entirely.  That lasted for well over 3 years until I had to take medication for GERD.  Those medications led to malabsorption syndrome as the acid blocked many supplements.  I had also read that zinc supplements neutralizes sulfur compounds, so I took one caplet per day.  I also took chlorophyll supplements and ate yogurt.  For some strange reason there was never any kind of odor after years of carrying air freshener into public restrooms.  This, however, did not help the bad breath.  I have also read that some bad breath comes from other diseases such as the kidneys, liver, and others.  After learning to cleanse the sinuses with saline solution did I get a little relief.  At one time I thought I had polyps because my sinuses were so stuffed, but after watching a program on Oprah mentioning problems of the sinus, I got some relief.  This practice I could not continue because salt raises the blood pressure.  I, too, have been greatly humiliated by the comments of others for this problem for many years.  I would even pour liquid chlorophyll in my drinking water and sip it whenever I was around others.  Water is supposed to wash down sulfur compounds and chlorophyll is supposed to be an internal deodorizer.  I bathe in apple cider vinegar (which neutralizes all bodily odors)and buy room deodorizers (super odor killer in business settings) and use lavender or citrus scents at home.  The problem has subsided, but having to take medications for other problems, I am not able to take the supplements the way I once did.  Seriously, I could once laugh and say my blank did not stink any longer.  To most that would sound like an arrogant comment, but to those of us who have been fighting this problem, it was a RELIEF TO FEEL NORMAL.  Kyolic garlic is odorless and expensive ($18+ a bottle), but worth the price. I take it after 6:00  p.m. but never risk taking it during the day.  I would not recommend any other brands of garlic.  I also had a full gum treatment (cleaning beneath the gum) and I get teeth cleanings every 3 months. I also realized that the bad breath was at worse on an empty stomach.  For this I carry some nutrition bars, carrots sticks or something to suppress the problem.

A few additional comments regarding Neutralizing Foul Smells ---

As mentioned by someone above, comments by co-workers can hurt.  To neutralize these smells, I realized that office chairs and carpets hold odors and so do our clothing. I once had someone mention to me that my White Linen fragrance (lotion) was in the carpets even when I had gone for the day.  Another co-worker who wore tons of perfume had an office which always had that smell of her perfume. I'm now allergic to many fragrances and no longer wear perfumed products (other than bath products).

So, when the flatulence got out of control, I bought Febreeze odor neutralizer and poured it in a very small spray bottle.  At the end of each day I would spray my chair when no one was looking.  If gas passed when I least wanted it to, I would pull out a roll of paper towels and spray one sheet.  I would wait a couple of minutes and then put the sheet in the chair and sit on it (obviously when no one was looking) .  It would neutralize the smell in my clothing crouch as well as the chair.  I would also keep another small bottle of lemon liquid Lysol at my desk.  When gas passes, I would dab a little on a paper towel or tissue and pretend to be wiping off my keyboard of mouse.  This quickly eliminates the odor without others being aware of what you are doing.

I also carry the small size of Ozium spray for use when in public restrooms or other public places.  Ozium is available everywhere.

I use the small bottle of Lysol at the gym also and pretend to be wiping the equipment before or during use.

For outfits that we wear twice before dry cleaning, I always spray the crouch with Febreeze.  I re-use empty spray bottles that are no taller than 3" which makes them easy to carry in Ziploc bags, and they are not noticeable. The key point is to neutralize odors, not mask them with strong fragrances.

Some of these little tricks appear to others as someone disinfecting areas, but I know I am killing two birds with one stone.  Now that Lysol makes a lavender scent, it leaves a very clean scent.  I dab some on a paper towel and it quickly eliminates the smell of the gas.  After use, just leave it on any surface to continuously destroy strong odors. I could pass gas over 40 times in a night, so I had to give up dairy products.

Hi my name is Douglas, I'm from dc. I am Ecologist. i don't know if I have bad breath, everyone has more or less, but i surely am aware of my foul flatulence. Fortunately i fart some 5-8 times a day so i get chance to step away from the crowd and do the 'release stuff'. i've never seen a doctor concerning this issue. From what i've heard friend with a same problem was diagnosed malfunction of colon which he admits curable. I suspect the cause of this particular disorder may associated with establishment of micro environment by minuscule organisms, namely bacteria, thriving on fecal matters in colon. therefore solution is definitely to hamper their activities through stage-by-stage antibacterial treatment.  i'm not a doctor, i apologize for not being specific, hope u understand me. Bad breath may also caused by theater in colon: end product of residents in colon possibly can travel through digestive tracts, if u know what i'm saying. Also one mentioned that intensity of odor increased upon emptiness of stomach; my hypothesis is when bacteria gets hungry they start burning substances stored in THEIR cells simultaneously sending end products to surrounding environment. As a matter of fact we have some bacteria friends in stomach participant in digestive process; morning breath may be associated with their peak activities, who certainly knows, i'm not a microbiologist. They're evolution may have given to a new group that favors colonial rather than stomach environment.

i suffer the same problem as well. it is really embarrassing, everyday is hell. when i dump, i feel like there are some remaining in my colon, because it looks and feels swollen. the wet anus is an issue with me as well. because of that, i pass really smelly gas. it's depressing, really. i dont want to go out anymore.

lately, i suffered eye strain from the computer and i vomited lots of mucus. it's disgusting, but i'm not sure if it's related.
