gallstone attack? - Please help

I have gallstones, i expereinced gallstone attack. It is usually in the night time after eatting fatty food.

However, recently I have this pain in right side in the morning before i eat anything , same area pain as gallstone attack (the area just below the breast), and it lasts for hours. The magnitute of the pain is not as bad as a gallstone attack, but it is not mild either. It is unbearable too.

Can anyone advise gallstone cause pain without eating fatty food? and happen anytime in the day? Or i should check out that the pain is caused by other reason?

I had my gallbladder removed this am
At 7:30 am surgery was over by 8:30 and I was released to go home at 11:00am.
I had for years bloated stomach after I ate, got full easy, chest pain and pressure, pain in back and shoulder blades, burping, heartburn and dizziness.
In 2007 I was told I had a small polyp in my gb but nothing to worry about. For years lived miserable finally march 6 th 2011 I had an abdominal ultrasound that showed multiple gallstones.
I couldn't understand since I wasn't having  fullblown gallbladder attacks i found out I was having symptoms of gallstones.
I must say procedure went well.
I'm 42 yo female had the sils laproscopy done that's where they just go through the belly button no other ports , no scars less invasive.
The pains from the gas put in you does hurt but walk and move around as much as possible and it leaves fairly fast,.
I can't wait fir the days to come I already feel better.
I was intially afraid of the surgery don't be people its easy and Over before u know it

I have constant pain in my upper right side.  It hurts on an empty stomach, but does get worse after a fatty meal.  I've actually not eaten for a full 24 hour period trying to stop the pain, and it still won't go away, just becomes less intense.  My dr. has been unable to diagnose me with anything, but my gastro seems to think that the gallbladder is to blame.
