Hia there i have the same problem, which mine has come back 6yrs later and bigger than ever! i got mine 1st nearly 10yrs ago whilst pregnant with my daughter who is now 9yrs.. i suffered terrible acid during pregnancy and found difficult to lay down even bending over i would just throw up acid tasting rubbish..(all back again but not pregnant) i had open surgery and took 6wks to get back to near normal activities.
Have they decided which type of surgery you will be having if lucky enough keyhole best option if small enough.
for the nausea feeling which i have constantly and have had for the past 10yrs and now 40yrs old its more annoying than anything but you get used t it. Eating small and often meals and staying clear of gassy products helps and spicy foods (hard i know)

I wish you the best of luck and hope you have relief soon as it does get better and they dont all come back !! i am unlucky!! my job is manual with lifting carrying, bending stretching moving heavy objects.
I take lansoparole.
