intestinal pain endometriosis

My name is stephanie. I gave birth to twin boys 16 months ago and have a total of four kids. After the birth of my twins I developed severe health issues. They had to do a c section and when I delivered I felt them cut me so they had to knock me out with ketamine. I awoke and could barely breathe and was rushed to the icu with a severe case of pnemonia. I had a blood transfusion as well and left the next week. Over the coarse of the next few months I began to get ill every time Id eat. No vomiting but nasiated and severe abdominal pain and trapped intestinal gas/bloating. Went in to the GI doc and the did an upper endoscopy and a colonoscopy and said everything looked fine. They have done catscans x rays ultrasounds bloodwork. I've seen a nuerologist, an endoconologist, holistic drs, herbalist ect. I've had so many tests and yet they all wanna point the finger at IBS. I have tried anti spesmatics both natural and perscribed-no help. I've tried suppliments and natural remedies and diets to eliminate foods and I am as sick as ever. I'm down to 100 pounds and severely mal nourished. I'm having horrible moodswings and am feeling hopeless. After much research I have been thinking that I might have endo even though they said they saw nothing on the enternal ultrasound. I feel so much pain in my lower back and down my buttocks and legs, havnt had my period in two months and have my tubes tied so that seems very odd to me but they say iTs because my weight has dropped so low but when I do have menstration the pain is like having a baby. I have the worst trapped gas in my intestines and all I eat is puffed millit with ricemilk and strawberry and ricemilk smoothies with protien powder and vitamin powder. I've tried digestive enzymes pro biotics and gastracid and nothing has worked. I'm desperate for a solution and am hoping that there is someone out there with answers. Also when I eat I get the worst headaches and pain on the upper part of my nose between mY eyes. Its killer and I can no longer stand it. My intestinal pain is worse in my left side but it is now on the right side as well and I feel tingling on my colon and in my lower back. No matter what I eat this happens and I am now having menstral pain all the time but not bleeding. Please help!

They've done 2 catscans. One  of my intestines and one of my lower abdomen. I went to the ER yesterday in excruciating pain and they did an exray and blood test then sent me home. I'm more sick then I've ever been and there is pain and tingling radiating from my colon down my tailbone and my legs. It hurt so bad
