leaking grease

I have a 4yr. old and 2 years ago he started leaking gease, kind of orangy color sometimes it smells. Im worry about him. He has always had a stomach problems ever since he was born, he started having colics since he was 2 months old. He is always complaining about stomach pain. I took him to the doctor, doctor said stay away from greasy food.
The last time he had a stomach pain doctor thought it was apendicitis, which in the hospital they did x-rays blood and urine test and they said he was fine no apendidcitis, please !!! help me i dont know what to do. if you want to know about him please let me know..

Joanna, have you doc check him for celiac disease or pancreatic issues. Both can result in fat malabsorption.

You need to take your son to a pediatric gastroenterologist who specializes in the intestina tract.  Don't even bother with your pediatrician, and they don't have a clue.
