long term issues after Giardia

in March I contrated Giardia whilst hiking in Nepal. I took antibiotics and it went away, however I have had various issues since:
Lactose intolerance
gluten sensitivity/intolerance
stomach pain/bloating/fatigue/diahorrea and most recently - constipation!
I am really exhausted by all of this...I am thinking that whatever is going on in my gut has now turned into SIBO.
I have been taking probiotics and oregano oil, but after reading about SIBO it seems that taking the wrong type of probiotic could just make things worse. There is an awful lot of conflicting information out there, so I was wondering if anyone here could reccomend tried and trusted probiotics that help deal with these issues?

Thanks!

I had giardia and couldn't take any medication at all as I was nursing a baby at the time.  Most people will recover from giIardia on their own if they have to.  You took antibiotics.  Thin you wiped out your gut flora?  I'm battling this right now after two full weeks on strong antibiotics for a tooth issue.  I simply take a probiotic and then focus on prebiotics (pickles, sauerkraut, kombucho  tea, etc.).  I use true life probiotics.  If you go to a health food store, in the refrigerator section they have live probiotics.  It is pricey which is why I just stuck with the pill but probably very beneficial.
