multiple food allergies

My two years old baby started vomiting and having diarrheas when she was one month and a half, since then, developed lung problems, a week condition and multiple food allergies. Tests revealed intolerance to: Potatos, soya, gluten, milk and others, eggs, chicken, pear, babana, amongs others. She even reacts to permitted food, and fruit is forbiden, along with vegetables, fats and sugar.
Her assistent doctor put her on a strict diet and taking casenbiotic, but it's not working, she eats a lot of  carbos and doesn't gain weight. Last month she took Clamoxil and got beter, was it a coincidence?
Multiple bacterial tests and blood analisys have been taken and only one revealed low absorbtion, even the xilosis teste made on April was ok.
I don't beleave it is only a food allergy problem, she's starting a new crisis, and there was no changes on her diet. Food comes out intact and smeling bitter, she's not digesting and loosing liquids.
  Is it a pancreas problem?
Here in Portugal doctors are afraid to make diagnosis, I can't give up trying to find a solution, dispair is taking over me.

Try a new doctor, and keep going for new doctors until you find one who is willing to diagnose. I'm in the US, where doctors aren't afraid to diagnose. Even then, I had to go to many docotrs before I found one as stubborn as I am, and willing to figure out what was wrong with me. (Most thought it was all in my head, until tests proved real problems.)
