Thanks for the advice....i agree I do need to see a doctor. The problem is I don't have insurance and have more pressing matters such as my teeth need about $2,000 worth of work and the longer I wait on the that the more expensive it gets. Fortunately I do have a friend who is a nurse and she asked a doc whats up for me. He asked if it hurts more after greasy foods which is related to gallbladder problems. So I had some fast-food last night to test it and while it didn't hurt at first it did seem worse in the morning. Hopefully that's not the issue cuz I know that won't be cheap. Maybe if this Obama insurance goes though I can get some help without going into further debt :-/
Have you seen a doctor about this pain yet? It's gone on long enough, so investigate it. It sounds to me more like a soft tissue injury since you're so active. A physical therapist should be able to help in that case, but you'll need a doctor's referral. You obviously miss exercising so it's time to find out what's going on and do something about it. Short term rest of a month or less is fine, but you don't want to stop moving for the rest of your life, right? :-)
