prolapse gastropathy treatment ?

I am having chest discomfort and my doc suggested endoscopy and Biopsy, My endoscopy report says Lax les, fundal erosions with prolapse gastropathy and positive for H-pylori, currently on treatment for H-pylori, really worried about chest pain as its making me anxious, how long will it take for me to get normal and what care should i take for this prolapse gastropathy

"Lax les" is an editing error (few use medical transcriptionists anymore) but I suspect it was supposed to say "gastric" fundal erosions with prolapse gastropathy and positive for H. pylori ...
I wish I could tell you the treatment but I don't know it.
