red lump from anus when pooping..pregnant .. please help

hello, please help me. When I'm pushing out poop, I've noticed a red lump that protrudes from anus. it soft. its about the size of a bean maybe? when I'm not straining, I cant see it. is it an internal hemmoroid? I'm 31 weeks pregnant and will ask my doctor at my next appointment. thank you.
