small intestine blood problems

have problem any one heard of
swelling and pain in abdomen appendix removed (not the problem)
small intestine ganegreene removed 8 ft 2nd look removed 2 ft found blood clot in small intestine removed damaged tissue and clots.
antibiotics issued small intestine looks good

problem 2
infection has gotten into blood stream, antibiotics working on but no change, blood is very thick on Heparin large doses blood will not thin, can not get the blood to stop clotting and thin out. blood pressure up and down and temp rises up and down.

all other organs functioning and no problems there, just infection in blood stream and blood to thick to circulate.
poor circulation through lower portion of body, legs, feet,

when i drink plain water, my stomah is very pain and i don't know why. i am having depression. is that because of serotonin in intestine too low.
