splenic artery aneurysm

i am a married 31 year old mother of 3 and have been having a lot of health issues lately.  the latest incidental find was a 1.5 by 1.7 cm splenic artery aneurysm.  i have been referred to a vascular surgeon, but like to do research so that i know what questions to ask.  i have been finding it very difficult to find any information on this condition.  if anyone has any info, please let me know.  also, if anyone has any information regarding eosinophilic esophagitis.  i had been diagnosed with this about a month ago.  i need help, and i need answers.  please help.  thank you.

A lot of information on eosinophilic esophagitis can be found on Medscape - sign in and query the search function. The SAA is not really that rare. If you google, you'll find a number of references to it. You won't find any large papers on it unless you're able to access a medical website like UpToDate, which is a subscription service.

What do you need to know about SAA?
