useless primary doctor

I am not sure what is going on, but I know something is.  I'm a 25 year old female.  Have had two c-sections.  History of painful menstrations and passing large painful clots.  I started having this sharp, stabbing pain in the upper left quaderant of my abdomen about two months ago.  The pain has let up some, but not completely gone.  I went to my primary and was tested for bacterial infections, all tests came back normal.  When I put pressure against the area, the pain subsides.  When I cough or move certain ways, the pain gets worse.   I feel only what I can describe as a heart beat about four inches above my naval.  I feel on the verge of passing out all the time now.  I don't have an appetite like before, nothing sounds good, I eat when I must.  I'm not pregnant.  I feel massive amounts of pressure that come and go.  I have had chronic abdominal problems, with nothing ever found by M.D.'s.  I'm not a hypocondreack, what is going on?  Please, please help me!!!

Dear booboo, I have the same pain in the upper left side of my stomach under my rib cage doc's can't find the cause even had my gallbladder out, I told dr pain was on the other side but he insisted it was gallbladder... It was not!  I have had ultrasounds and hida scans and all the other tests with no luck. Then I started Medical Assistant training and I think I found the problem!! Hiatal Hernia. does your pain get worse if you bend over? or lay  down after you eat? do you feel a sensation of something wiggling near the site of pain? unfortunately there is no real cure just watch what you eat and don't over eat. Talk to your doc about it. Hope this helps

Not sure where you live but if its by chance Tennessee I can give you an awesome dr. If not ask for a complete abdominal ultrasound. I had mine yesterday and all was normal and I was scared to death.
