Had a peritoneal dialysis catheter placed a month ago. since have had paid about one day a week associated with feeling totally full (painfully so) after eating just a small amount of food. Pain and fullness last awhile.....hours.....and I am nauseas and dry heave in the mornings. I have also had trouble swallowing food and have to sometimes drink full glasses of liquid to get it go down.....even smallish bites. I am wondering if the vagas nerve could have been damaged during surgery..... I do have reflux...but this has not been an issue before the surgery.
