vomit grease after I eat

I do not comsume fatty meats or fried foods.  I can eat a cracker with olive oil on it and a hour later I vomit up grease, especially if I drink water with or after my meal.
If I bend over during the day I vomit grease or small amounts of food with water. If anyone has the answer ot this problem let me know.
I have taken acid reducers, pepcid. zantac, and prevacid,  Nothing seems to work.

I am a 35 year old male and I have the exact same problem. After eating greasy food like things sauteed in butter or pizza, I will "burp" up large quantities of pure, crystal clear, orange grease. Nothing else, just grease that looks exactly like the stuff that pools on top of a pepperoni pizza. I, however, am not a healthy weight. I weigh in around 325 and have type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Here is the kicker thought, My cholesterol is PERFECT. Bad is non existent and good is right where it should be. It's like my body has a filter on it and after the food has passed, the "bad" grease comes back up.

I am 30 year old female and seems my body separates grease and induces vomiting of it. Has done so as long as i can remember. My teeth have not made it. How can i prevent this from happening to my kids who seem to be having same issues
The gall bladder helps in the digestion of fats by storing bile produced by the liver, then releasing it when it's needed... You could have, both, your gall bladder and liver checked to make sure you have adequate amounts of bile to aid in digestion/break down the fats you eat.  Discuss this issue with your doctor, as well as your children's pediatrician.

I have the same problem. I wish someone would comment. I've been taking Nexium for years, and it doesn't help. You could try Gaviscon, but I still don't think that works. It's been 4 years, and I'm still suffering. I even had my gallbladder removed, but to no avail. Have you checked for any food allergies? That's my next stop.
