23M, feeling many small bubbles in my butt for about a week

for a week i have been feeling these, there is not much pain but there is a slight burn in my butthole, i don't know if they are connected, should i just take something like flagyl ? or must i visit a doctor ?

Hello~I would see your doctor, it probably is nothing, but it is always wise to make sure, especially if it has been going on for a while.

For anything internal, I'd advise seeing a doctor before you self-medicate.  It may be something that a change in diet or behavior could get rid of the "bumps" or it could be something that would require some medication not available OTC.  The peace of mind would be well worth the cost of a doctor's visit.
