A broad range of symptoms that appeared slowly over a few years. Please help?

Hi, I am a 23 year old male. I have had quite a few symptoms that seem to be all over the place for a while now. Ringing in ears, facial redness, weight gain, depression, insomnia, fatigue, irritability, tingling in hands &/or feet, muscle cramps in legs when I stretch out and also out of the blue, headaches in back of head/base of neck, increased sweating and feeling hot, digestive problems such as gas and bloating, along with constant heart burn/acid reflux. I also get this weird feeling in my head that I am going to almost faint or have a seizure when I am concentrating really hard or reading something. When this happens I usually feel dizzy/lightheaded for a couple of seconds with ringing in the ears and then it seems to stop. This also happens from time to time when I stretch. Could like be some type of autoimmune disease? I am not sure if it is related, but I donated blood about two years ago and was told that my hemoglobin was slightly elevated to 18.

Hello~It could possibly be fibromyalgia but the only way to truly tell is to see your GP, he/she will order some blood work and also press trigger points on your body to see if they hurt.

It could also be a blood sugar issue, have you ever been tested for hypoglycemia or diabetes.

Also, you may have some pinched nerves and in this case, a chiropractor could benefit. He/she would take some x-rays, study them and discuss whether chiropractic could help your situation. If it can, a few adjustments would have you feeling better in no time.

In general, with the wide array of symptoms, I would definitely start with your GP and then take it from there.

I hope you feel better soon.
