How long can a hematoma last?
Over a year ago, while running my left buttock slammed into a doorway and a huge hematoma formed. The discoloration and most of the swelling was gone in a couple weeks, however to this day I still have a lump on my buttock. Is this something I should be concerned about ?

Hello~I don't think there is anything to worry about, the fact that it hasn't changed since last year or you haven't have any "issues" with it is a good indication that it is not serious. It could be just scar tissue causing the lump, nothing to worry about.
