Cause for concern?

I've had a strange feeling in my head for a few weeks now. Not a headache but a kind of pressure which affects my vision a little. This coincides with a general unwell feeling. I went out drinking last night and today I've had dizzy spells, a tight chest and my left arm is now tingling. I've been woken twice from sleep with a strange feeling and shortness of breath. I'm just wondering if I should be seriously concerned? Thanks J

Hope that you did seek urgent medical attention and that everything has now settled down.

Symptoms of a tightness in the chest with sensations of pain or tingling in your left arm and the shortness of breath could be signs of a heart attack and should always investigated as a matter of urgency.

Your symptoms of dizziness with the vision problem may have been connected or may be something completely different.

As well as seeing the doctor, you should also make an appointment to get your eyes and eye sight checked out.

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible, those symptoms are nothing to play around with.

Definitely take this seriously, but do not panic or stress, see a physician as soon as you can, keep drinking plenty of fluids-water or a sweet drink, it is also possible that those are symptoms of anxiety you are experiencing.
