Anyone have some answers ?

Yesterday i experienced extreme dizziness and tingling in my hands and stomach. I'm just curious what this might have been about?

Hmm. It's possible that when you were sitting at the computer that there wasn't enough circulation until you laid down so then you gotta head rush when you laid down. How long did the tingling occur and are you taking any medications? If you get to the point where you feel you may pass out, i would go the the ER because that might very well be a heart contemplation, a clogged artery or something of that matter. Not trying to scare you but you should see your doctor though. I have limited knowledge about the body cus i'm more of a psychologist. It's definitely blood flow though which could be something serious. I would keep an eye on it and do as i said. Better safe than sorry.

I should also mention that it matters what you were doing when you experienced this..?

That would most likely have to do with blood flow. If i were you i would seek a doctor as soon as possible. Emphasizing "extreme" dizziness makes it a very possible issue.
