Are my lymph nodes alarming or is it just ocd

A month ago i noticed some non painful but tender easy to move nodes that were a bit swollen (around half an inch in size), a week later i found out all 4 of my wisdom teeth were impacted, i had 2 extracted, i finished my antibiotics but the glands are still the same size, they haven’t grown at all but havent shrank either, i still have 2 impacted teeth but they dont cause pain, should i be worried?

Hello~The other two impacted teeth could be causing an infection which in turn, could cause the swollen lymph nodes. I would ask your dentist about this, and possibly have those two removed as well.

Impacted teeth that are symptomatic can cause a lymph node to react or swell.  Pretty common actually.  The teeth may not be currently be infected but be developing an infection.  OR the swelling in the lymph nodes from the previous impacted teeth issue just hasn't gone away yet. That can take a bit of time.  Are you going to have the other impacted teeth removed?  It might be a good idea. I would not be concerned since you have a legit reason for the lymph nodes.
