40 male in great health. Some question. RBC was normal, Platelets Normal, Hemotacrit was normal, Hemoglobin was 18.4 on a range of 17.7. Any concerns as other tests normal. No smoking and no high alt...hemoglobin was 18.1 in 2016 on range of 17.7.

Hello~This can happen at times for no apparent reason. Also, some labs have different values as to what the "normals" should be.  Also, mild dehydration can cause an elevation in the hemoglobin,  I suggest drinking lots of water before your next blood draw, this might be the only issue.  I would discuss your concerns with the doctor.

i id not drink any water before labs...labs in 2016 normal rbc , hct, and hb was 18.1 .....rbc is on upper range of normal is that concerning

This is only a concern if you have frequent headaches, dizziness, skin rashes, red flush face which are signs and symptoms of polycythemia vera.
