Not at all. Of course it depends on how much too. It usually has to do with the thinning of the mucus membranes. Blood thinners are also something that can cause nose bleeds. It can also be caused by dry and/or cold weather.
If there was only a tiny bit of blood not a nose bleed I wouldn't worry about it. Dry weather can cause this and blowing the nose too hard too. You could potentially have a sinus infection. Usually, it would be colored green or yellow often very dry not mucusy. If it continues you can see a doctor to check for a sinus infection. If you bleed a lot such as a hemorrhage then I'd go to the ER

If it was a "one time" deal I wouldn't worry about it.
