Brain Fog, Confusion, Not able to work, Lightheadedness. (Test Report Shared)

I have been feeling lightheadedness, brain-fog, confusion, strain in eyes while using laptop/computer and I am not able to work or concentrate.

I am 23 yr old male.

I have some tests with me which I can mention here (Test done on 20 april)

Vitamin D = 17.97* (It was less than 3 in February. I was given injection)
Vitamin B12 = 384.60
HbA1C  = 5.5
Mean Blood Glucose = 97
TSH Level (ECLIA) = 5.25*
S. Testosterone Level = 2.91

I feel pain in my hands, feets, scrotum, groin, back, head, top head, forehead, joints ear, temples.

Pain can be tingling, nerve type, numbness, sharp and kind of muscle pain.

It comes and goes, comes and goes. Headache is the longest retention.

I feel lack of energy, not able to concentrate or sit to work. I feel heaviness (a bit) in my neck or head.

Please help me to understand the concern and good diagnoses.

Thank you all.

I know this may sound odd but perhaps you should seek a spritual healer to see if there is something harming you spiritually.  When you are spiritually harmed, it translates to a lot of the symptoms you are describing.  You are young and should not be having such horrible pains like that.

The Gold Standard is Pelvic Venography for May-Thurner and Renal Venography for Nutcracker Syndrome. Also, Color Doppler Ultrasound can be used.

There are 2 conditions you should get checked for. The first is a condition I have called May-Thurner Syndrome (Left Iliac Vein Compression). It can cause pain in the Feet, Legs, Scrotum, Groin, and Back. It's also been causing me Chronic Fatigue, Anxiety and Depression for the past 25 years. The second is Nutcracker Syndrome (Left Renal Vein Compression). It can cause pain in the Arms, Hands, And Head. It's also a known cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as well. A good doctor to go see might be a Vascular Surgeon or Interventional Radiologist. I had a stent placed for May-Thurner Syndrome about a year ago and almost overnight all my problems started to disappear. Hope this might help as I know very few doctors are familiar with these vascular vein compression conditions and the problems they can cause.

What are the tests or imaginary options to diagnose these both problems?
