Anxiety, can make you feel like you are short of breath, like you are going to die, shaky, eye twitching is nerves. If you are hyperventilating  fro shallow breathing you could maybe get dizzy from that. You could have an inner ear problem if you have pressure and the ears are popping. If you are nervous enough it could cause a migraine which would cause the nausea and shaking. That is why I thought a neurologist would be good to see. They probably would help you with the anxiety as well. But if you want to try to work just on the anxiety and see what happens can you take biofeedback classes at an integrative medicine site? If so they are really good at lowering anxiety naturally. It helps with breathing an the flight or fight response. You can also find some on line. I had that when I had bad pain from my back injury and the breathing techniques helped lower anxiety as well as meditation CD.s  But you can try  medication for this. I would stay away from Xanax. It is terrible stuff and only makes you worse. I tried it and it made me very sick. My husband hates it too and my contractor that did our house also hates it. It is addictive as well. I just don't recommend it.  Note that taking too much vitamin B can cause nerve damage if you take over 200mg a day. Even then I would be careful.  Not all seemingly healthy supplements are safe.  Hope this helps.

You may be deficient in magnesium.  Most people are.  Take magnesium 500 mg in the morning and calcium around 400 mg at night and vitamin D 2000 mg at night.  This combination should help your headaches and body pain too.  Please let me know how you are doing after being on this for three weeks.  If you are feeling better, please continue it.  These are some of my most important supplements.

Hi and so sorry you are going through all this. So, you say that you had an ecg is that an electro encephalogram (EEG) or an electro cardiogram?  If you haven't had an EEG I would go to a neurologist and get a physical and it may be migraines and yes you can get them daily (my neighbor is a nurse practitioner and she gets them daily) but it may be something else because of the leg shaking. Although my whole body can shake and I get migianes too. I have a migraine variant. I get double vision, vertigo, vomiting, sometimes headaches and auras (I didn't used to) and body sometimes shakes. So I would get a neurologist that specializes in migraines if you can.
Hope this helps.
