Caffeine and blood vessels...

I googled the question regarding its effect on blood vessels and got unclear answers such as "...caffeine constricts blood vessels to the neck and brain." While others   wrote that...

"...Caffeine does cause vasoconstriction in smooth muscle tissue, but only for a brief period of time before the caffeine signals a significant vasodilator effect."

So what is the "final" answer?  Thank you.

Hello~To be honest, I don't know that answer, I don't drink or like coffee. I think the best source to ask would be either a dietician or possibly someone who works in a health food store.
