Can human urine soaked in carpet affect my health?

So I've used a stain and odor remover and almost all of the smell has gone. It was left untreated for a long time though so it's buried deep in the carpet (probably stained underneath it) and in warmer weather you can catch a whiff of it. Will the buried stain harbour germs or affect my health in any way?

I'm going to replace the carpet when I get the money but It's making me anxious at the moment and I can't concentrate on anything.

Thanks.

No. It won't affect your health. But the only way to get it out is to go to a pet store and they have a special produce for animal urine. It works well.
