Can't breathe deeply and Chest heat flushes

Hi. I'm 24yo. I've been suffering from back aches that circles from upper left back to ribs to the chest for over a year now. A neurologist said it's anxiety. Because I'm also suffering from numbness mostly in the face then it runs to hands and feet.

Anyway, lately I've been having a hard time takinga deep breath. It's like it only goes to my throat and stop there. I need to force my cough and yawns a lot because of it. Today while walking I suddenly felt dizzy and I lay down for a bit and walked a round some more to get rid of the anxiety. But then i was still dizzy and i felt like my chest had heat flushes. I was scared I might be having a heart attack but I had an xray and ECG 2weeks ago and it's all normal. But the doctot said I should drink a mucolytic coz it might just be a coming colds.

It's so frustrating when I always go to the hospital but they never find anything and always tell me to control it.

Has anyone has the same frustration as I am? :(

Hello,
Some of this could be anxiety related, but, also it could be from a condition called "Costochondritis" (inflammation of the ribs) I have that, and I have some of the symptoms that you mentioned. The two together can certainly cause issues you are having.
I would like to suggest a visit to a chiropractor, many can help with the Costochondritis with a simple adjustment.
As to the anxiety, it is hard at times to control, try taking nice walks (weather permitting), and doing things you enjoy to get your mind off of it, I know it is difficult, I too, have anxiety, and some days it is awful, others, I am OK.
