Cause of elevated reticulocytea?

My reticulocytes are a bit high-1.68%(1.5%max)or 96x10^9/L (84 max).Haematocrit is normal-48.All other FBC,urine and biochemistry results are normal.I have no anaemia and other symptoms. What could cause this elevation with no signs of anaemia and should i visit a doctor for it?I am 20 years old.
Thank you
