Change in sweat smell

I started noticing change in my sweat smell from armpits a few months ago. It usually smells a bit more in an unhygeinic way even when I keep myself clean daily and also remove underarm hairs. I don't sweat too much and this foul smelling sweat also happens sometimes but not always. For example if I am in gym then my sweat is just fine and its not muhc foul smelling but sometimes at night if i keep my arms close while working on laptop and open them suddenly then its smells really bad. Also I am feeling a bit of pain from few months under my rib cage on right side not in lungs but below it. This pain usually happens when I am not sitting with my back straight thus I put pressure on my stomach and the area where it pains. The pain is not too much but it just makes me anxious a bit. What is happening??

Hello~It is probably nothing but if you are very concerned then ask your GP. Our bodies can do strange things at times and normally it is nothing to worry about.

As to the pain, you could have some misplaced vertebrae in your spine, perhaps seeing a chiropractor or osteopath would help.
