Continuous Headache

I've had a headache for over 20 days straight and went the hospital where they ran all these tests and it came back normal but no pain meds they gave me helped. Then went to a headache specialist and was prescribed migraine medications that haven't helped either. I also went to mexico at the beginning of May at contracted rotavirus last month and recently tested positive for hepatitis A but I have no idea what is causing this headache. I am also nauseated off and on, but the main thing is my head. It  is persistent every day and I believe it could be a parasite I picked up but I am not sure. I have no history of headaches and this came out of nowhere on June 3rd. I've had so many tests that haven't given us any answers. The pain feels similar to a tension headache but much more severe around my forehead (pressure, tightness, squeezing, brain fog, tickling) . Please please help me.

Hey i am sorry to hear for your condition, i've been facing a similar headache for over 3 month and it never stops and as you mentioned it's on the forehead you can feel your heart beats  as if it's in ur head, that's in my condition i haven't solved it yet but i hope i can help you, i have 2 theory which might be causing it, first one is vitamin D deficiency, and another one that i learned about recently, is stress and to be specific it's called amygala hijack try reading about it if you found it similar to your condition i'll make it brief for you best thing i found on the internet it says " mindfulness" helps the most which is basically like meditation i've tried it but it needs a lot of daily practice and consistency so don't expect it to work on first try.
I am sorry im not an expert or anything so i might be wrong i dont want to mislead you just trying to help if possible.

hi Have you had any x-rays on your neck/cervical spine?   Several of the openings in my cervical spine are narrower than they should be and they cause issues with my arms/nerves, but I don’t have a problem with headaches

Have they done any brain scans, CT, etc?

Hello~You definitely need to see a good chiropractor as I would imagine you have some misplace vertebrae in your neck causing these unpleasant issues. The chiropractors are wonderful for helping headaches, they always help me. All the drugs in the world are not going to help as long as your vertebrae, etc are not in correct alignment.
