Why do I have Stretch Marks Everywhere when I'm Fit?

I am a fit male in my young 20s. Starting last year I began getting stretch marks all over my sides, butt, hips, groin, and biceps. I have not had any kind of growth spurt or fat gain. I have lost a slight bit of weight but we're  talking about maybe 15 pounds total and mostly on my tummy. I went from 185 to 170. These marks occurred before that weight loss however. My entire body is covered in these disgusting marks and I don't know why. How do I stop this and how do I fix them? All I'm told is that there is no way to do so other than expensive cosmetic treatments but considering I did not do anything to get these, this seems incredibly unfair. This is really messing with my head and they constantly itch. Please help!

Hello~By keeping your skin hydrated, you can help keep the elastin that your skin needs to keep from scarring. Using topical creams such as coconut oil will keep your skin moisturized and make stretch marks less likely. Even without treatment, almost all stretch marks will fade over time.

It will fade automatically over time but in some cases, it can fade to a less noticeable scar.
