Decreasing neutrophils over the last few years

My WBC and neutrophil count has been decreasing over time since 2015. I got called into my GP's office for my most recent blood work. Is anyone able to tell me what I can potentially expect my GP to do next? I hadn't been sick (at least not symptomatic) when I had these tests done. And I'm not on any medications.

latest results:
WBC - 3.4 (10*9/L)
Neutrophils - 1 (10*9/L)
Lymphocytes - 2.2 (10*9/L)
Monocytes - 0.2 (10*9/L)
Eosinophils - 0.0 (10*9/L)
Basophils - 0.0 (10*9/L)
Granulocytes immature - 0.0 (10*9/L)
RBC - 4.09 (10*12/L)
Hemoglobin - 123 (g/L)
Hematocrit - 0.38 (L/L)
MCV - 89 (fl)
MCH - 29.8 (pg)
MCHC - 332 (g/L)
RDW - 11.6 (%)
Platelet - 219 (10*9/L)
Ferritin - 23 (ug/L)

Hello~Your physician might discuss doing a bone biopsy, or some other tests to rule out anything serious. He/she may also refer you to a specialist.

Most likely send you to a hematologist for evaluation.   I have chronic low WBC (range 2.0--2.9) for 20 years.  So you are still within normal ranges.  But if this trend continues, he will seek a specialist opinion.
