For a period of 2 years , I would wake up every 2 to 3 hours. Eventually, I was waking up every hour. I was exhausted all of the time. I had a sleep study done, and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I purchased a APAP (automatic positive air pressure) machine. I cannot tell you how much of a positive difference that has made. I am actually waking up rested! Interestingly, I have been dreaming like crazy recently. I am just glad to be getting 8 plus hours of sleep each night!
I've read vitamin B6 help people to recall their dreams.
Vitamin B6 is found in whole grain cereals, legumes, fruits (such as banana and avocado), vegetables (such as spinach and potato), milk, cheese, eggs, red meat, liver and fish.
I do believe that remembering your dreams happens when you are not in deep enough sleep. However, you are waking up this way meaning you may rouse at some point in your sleep and become more awake and then doze or light sleep until morning. The bigger question is how are you feeling? Are you fatigued during the day or anything?
