Does this sound like a brain tumor

Hello, about a month ago, I got a terrible headache, it started off not so bad and gradually got worse.  So I started taking aspirin and the pain goes away for a few days then came back, after a couple weeks I had a sinus infection, it was really bad, and the headaches kept coming, when I get them, there is pressure in behind my forehead but when I shake my head side to side, the pain is horrible, until I take an aspirin, then it goes away. Still have the sinus infection now, but Ive had these headaches for like a month, I have no med insurance, so I can't see a doc.  I have no other symptoms other than somtimes I feel out of it, any advice?

It could be the sinus infection, or a migraine headache. Sinus infections take a long time to go away. Try using a metal bowl and hot water and steaming your nose but don't burn yourself. Antibiotics can help but they are not always necessary. Some people get migraines every day. Ibupropin takes my migraines away. Imitrex is a better drug for them. Don't they have a county hospital where you could go for free or public health department? A lot of places will provide at least a free doctor. A brain tumor doesn't go away with aspirin.

I agree.  You should definitely try to see a doctor.  Do you have an nausea with the headache.  Does activity tend to bring it on?  Insurance or not your health is the most important thing and you need to get some answers.  Good luck!

You really have so see a physician. Go to a clinic where they will set a charge based on your income. For people on public welfare the charge is ten dollars a visit in many areas of the U.S. . In many areas MRI's are provided free of charge. You may have a simple sinus infection or something more life-threatening, but you require an in-person evaluation.
