Dull headache not going away

Hi, I'm a 21 year old female. I got caught up in a cold and fever about half a month back and that lasted for a week almost. After that the right side of my face and head started feeling this dull pain but I thought that it was just because of the sinus blockage after the cold and flu. It went away but since about more than a week,I have been feeling this dull ace at the right side of my head. Almost every day. And since two days it has travelled at the back of my head. Plus I've noticed that I get a sharp pain for a second or two when I cough. Right now the pain is basically along the right side of my face and the right side of my head along with  the back side of my head too. Plus, I don't know if mentioning this would be of any use or not but I have been experiencing some random muscle twitches on small parts of my body since a long time. They are not very frequent but they happen from time to time. Especially around my right hands thumb and around my right knee.
I have been taking paracetamol for my headache but that works for a few hours and then the headache comes back.

Sinus issues are notorious for headache and face pain.  Chronic sinus issues are a real thing.  You should go back to your doctor.  Something like a steroid shot may help you tremendously if you have extra inflammation and perhaps antibiotics again would be helpful.  Let us know what the doctor says.
