Electric shock everytime I bend my head

Started a couple of weeks ago. I noticed a mild weird sensation going down my left arm, then noticed that it was triggered by a certain movement of the head, bending forwards, everytime I did it, the shock was repeated. Some days later, it started going down the left side of my back, and then down the leg, till the knee, at the left side of the left leg. It is very quick. Most of all it is felt at the side of the back. Kind of like vibration. Any idea what this could be?
If it makes any difference, I am in my 20s.

Lhermitte's sign is a sudden sensation resembling an electric shock that passes down the back of your neck and into your spine and may then radiate out into your arms and legs. It is usually triggered by bending your head forward towards your chest. Although often considered a classic finding in multiple sclerosis, it can be caused by a number of conditions, including cervical spondylitis, transverse myelitis, Behcet's disease, and vitamin B12 deficiency (subacute combined degeneration).

Hello~It sounds like a pinched nerve issue to me. I would certainly see your GP, if all is well, then I would see a chiropractor as you may have some vertebrae pressing these nerves causing the issue. The chiropractor will take x-rays and discuss the results with you. After a few treatments if it is pinched nerves, you should start to feel better.

Thank you for your reply. GP referred a neurologist, and asked me if I am dizzy, if I see or hear well etc.
I am mostly worried about that, cause it describes it well:  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lhermitte%27s_sign
Is the neurologist going to run any tests? He should. Usually, they test for MS, and other neurological disorders, if he doesn't and you are still concerned, I would ask to see another one.

First off I am not a doctor, but it sounds like a nerve issue to me. When you do those certain movements it is effecting the nerve and sending the shock or sensation. Think it like an exposed tooth nerve. Every time you eat something that nerve sends a shock through your mouth. This is is similar to when you have nerves damaged anywhere in your body. When you tweaky it, or hit it wrong that sends a sudden shock through your body.

Either way I would go and get checked. It could be something else and you dont want to let it go untreated.
